Fred and I have been very pleased with he work S.B. Coleman has done on our lower level project in our home.

The job went very smoothly in most instances. When, at one point, it became clear that the hardwood floor had not been installed properly by the subcontractor and Fred and I were out of town, the decision was quickly made to re-do the entire floor in order to correct the problem. We appreciate the handling of that situation and it further confirmed our confidence in S.B. Coleman.

Tom Faucett looked after us well as did Mike Young. I'm sure you realize that Mike is a fine craftsman and a real asset to the company. He and Chuck, and all your men, were consistently professional and helpful, and just nice people!

A short note to say how much we appreciated your team coming to our aid during an unexpected crisis on July 22, 2003. When the severe storm hit, little did we expect that one of our huge old grand dad white pines would come crushing down on parts of our house. I needed the best construction company was soon as possible.

Boy, was I relieved when your able right-hand guy, Tom Fawcett, said he'd get a crew out to the house the first thing the next morning. Sure enough, Gary and his guys were at our place at 8:00 am to start removing debris, reassuring that they'd get it all put back together and immediately went to work.

Stewart, I know you're proud of your people and rightfully so. The job here is almost finished and I wanted you to know that it's been a huge relief to have such personal and professional attention. Also, it was appreciated that you personally came out to take a look at and assess the overall damage.
